TheRegulatoryComplianceManagerisprincipallyresponsibleforbuilding data analytics andperforming data validation tomanagerisksfornon-compliancetoproducthazardrelatedregulationsaswellascustomer/suppliercontractrequirements.ThiswillrequiretheroletodevelopandmaintainprofessionalrelationshipswithITpartners such as Catalog, Digital Channel Partners andRegulatory Apps ITas well asinternalstakeholders(operations,quality,productengineeringcategory,catalog,supplychain,contractaccounts,etc.)that willprovide the insights and connections needed to perform the required datavalidationsThis role will supportinternal partners outreach managementbyowning the development and maintenanceof asharepoint.ThisrolealsoincludesperformingrelatedactionswithSuppliersforNAPA'sproductassortmenttoensurecompliancetotheregulationsandlegislationsthatapply.Responsibleforproviding technology driven process solutions toensurethatsupplierscontinuetodevelopandimplementbestpracticesrelatedtoregulatorycomplianceandsupplierdiversityby offering process solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Developsproceduresandreportingtogeneratesupplierlists,surveysasrequiredbycompliancecalendarorthebusiness.Forthereporting,criticalthinkingneedstobeengagedtodesignthereportingtomeetmultipleprojectneeds.

  • Own the Regulatory Apps including user testing needed for ongoing enhancements made tothemand getting any changesvalidatedduring production releases.

  • Conductinggapanalysisinpartnershipwithcategoryandsupplierstoensureproductsareincomplianceandexecutingsalesbanstofixcompliancegapsandsalesreleasetofixanyerroneoussalesbansorinresponsetorestrictionstatuschangeasspecifiedbysuppliers.Thereisanexpectationtobeproficientintheexistingregulationappsandmanagetroubleshootingwhereneededaswellasrelease bulletins to cross functional partners to ensurestore and warehouse inventory compliance.

  • Preparingriskmanagement/compliancereports/recordsneededforsharingwithcustomers/salesteamsorgovernmentagencieswhenrequested.

  • Supporting data analyticsand reportingforanynon-complianceevents.Thisincludesdrivingdeliverables from IT and Supply Chain Partners as needed.

  • ResponsibleforKPIreportingoncomplianceandtosupportensuringliabilityrisksareminimal.

  • Manageoutreacheffortstoeducateandinformkeypartners(Suppliers, Operations, Category, Supply Chain)on anyTechnology based tools and templates.

Experience,Education,AndAbilities

  • Bachelor'sdegreeorequivalentworkexperiencerequired.

  • 5-7+yearsprofessionalexperienceinregulatorycompliance,supplierdiversityrelatedrole,engineering,orcloselyrelatedfields

  • 5+yearsautomotiveexperiencepreferred.

  • Exceptionalattentiontodetail

  • AbilitytobeareportingandapplicationSMEbyindependentlynavigatingbusinessdataanalyticsreportingincludingPowerBI,regulationappsandanyothersupplierdiversespendapps

  • Abilitytousecriticalthinkingtodevelopefficientactionplansandtoanticipateprojectrisksthatwillbeneededtobemitigated.

  • Abilitytodistillcomplexdataintoconciseexecutivereports.

  • ExperienceusingvariouscomputerapplicationsincludingMicrosoftExcel,PowerPoint,andotherapplicationsintheMicrosoftOfficeSuite

  • Abilitytoworkacrossallinternaldepartmentstodriveprojectstoon-timecompletion.

  • Highlymotivatedindividualthathasastrongdriveforresults;communicateseffectivelybothinwrittenandverbalcommunicationformats.
