Software Developer - Euna Budget

Euna Solutions

Atlanta, GA • On-site

Full-time

Posted 4 days ago

Job description

The Opportunity
You want to build AI that actually ships - not demos, not prototypes that gather dust, but real features that land in the hands of customers. At Euna Solutions, you'll join a product engineering team working at the intersection of core software craftsmanship and modern AI agent development, where your work will directly shape how public sector organizations manage their budgets.
What You'll Do
  • Design and build AI-powered features and autonomous agents from early prototype through secure, production-grade release
  • Deploy and operate AI agents in live environments, applying best practices for authentication, data handling, and observability
  • Build and maintain MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and integrations that connect product capabilities to internal services, APIs, and data sources
  • Partner with product, engineering, and QA teams to turn requirements into functional, well-tested AI-integrated features
  • Participate in code reviews and help shape team standards for agent development, testing, and deployment
  • Stay current with the evolving landscape of LLMs, agent frameworks, and AI development lifecycle practices
  • Take ownership of the quality and correctness of what you ship - whether hand-written or agent-produced

What You Bring
  • 2 to 5 years of professional software development experience with strong fundamentals in Python or TypeScript/JavaScript
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience building AI solutions in a business environment using agentic frameworks
  • Experience developing and supporting RESTful APIs and tool integrations for LLM-based systems
  • Familiarity with web frameworks such as FastAPI or Express, and comfort working with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure

Nice-to-Have Qualifications
  • Experience building with the Claude Agent SDK, OpenAI Agents SDK, LangGraph, or a comparable agent framework
  • Working knowledge of MCP servers and connector patterns, including human-in-the-loop design
  • Exposure to AI-DLC (AI Development Life Cycle) or other structured approaches to managing AI development
  • Experience supporting Claude-powered or similar LLM-based agents in a production setting

Location: This position will be hybrid with 3 days/week in our Atlanta, GA office.
AI Mindset at Euna Solutions
We believe the future of work is human + AI. At Euna Solutions, we encourage our team members to leverage AI tools to enhance creativity, efficiency, and decision-making. We're looking for people who are curious about emerging technologies, eager to experiment, and committed to using AI responsibly to augment-not replace-their expertise.
If you enjoy exploring new ways to solve problems, learning continuously, and applying AI to make your work smarter and more impactful, you'll thrive here.
Life at Euna Solutions
We're a team of builders, problem-solvers, and public sector champions. We've built a workplace around a straightforward idea: people do their best work when they're trusted, supported, and not running on empty.
Here's what that actually looks like:
How we work
We're hybrid - three days a week in our Oakville or Atlanta offices, with standard hours on those days. What the remaining days look like depends on your role and your manager. We talk about it early in the process so there are no surprises on either side.
Eunafier Days
Twice a year, you get an extra day tacked onto a long weekend. We think recharging is part of doing good work - not a reward for it. Use it however you need.
Community is part of who we are
Our Engagement Committee finds meaningful ways to give back through time, donations, and shared expertise. We're invested in the places where our people actually live and work.
Philanthropy Time
We give every employee up to eight hours a year to spend on causes that matter to them. We want you to show up for your community - and we make time for it.
Real connection at scale
You won't know all 600+ people - and that's okay. What matters is building real relationships with the people you work with every day. Our culture team creates consistent opportunities for that, so work doesn't feel isolating.
Room to grow
Whether you're going deep on AI, building expertise in government tech, or stepping into a bigger role, we invest in your development - through budget, mentorship, and real opportunity to move when you're ready.
