We are seeking a Director of Growth & Marketing to lead our companys next phase of expansion. This is a pivotal leadership role for a hands-on strategist who can build and expand modern marketing and growth functions, transforming a technically strong, client-trusted company into a brand recognized across the GovTech and construction software industries.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive growth and marketing strategy aligned with CIPPlanners business objectives.
Build a scalable lead generation engine, including inbound, outbound, digital, and partner-driven campaigns.
Define CIPPlanners market positioning, messaging, and differentiation against competitors.
Oversee content marketing, website management, SEO, email campaigns, webinars, and thought leadership initiatives.
Implement CRM-based lead nurturing and reporting frameworks (MQL SQL pipeline).
Partner with leadership and project teams to produce case studies, client success stories, and industry presentations.
Identify opportunities for alliances, conferences, and public-sector partnerships to increase visibility.
Manage and mentor marketing and sales development team members.
Qualifications
7+ years in B2B SaaS, GovTech, or enterprise software marketing, with measurable growth results.
Experience leading both strategy and hands-on execution in a small or midsize team environment.
Deep understanding of demand generation, market positioning, and funnel metrics.
Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
Familiarity with government contracting or infrastructure software markets is highly desirable.
