Job description

Job Title: Part time Janitor / Office Cleaner Location: Toms Brook, VA Employment Type: Part-Time GovFirst is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part time Janitor / Office CleanerJanitor to work on commercial office cleaning operations in Toms Brook, VA. Key Responsibilities: Clean and maintain office buildings and common areas. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust assigned areas.

Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and workspaces. Perform floor care duties, including buffing and polishing floors. Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.

Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment. Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements Experience & Skills: Minimum of 5 years of commercial janitorial or office cleaning experience required. Experience with mopping, floor cleaning, and floor buffing required. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Reliable, punctual, and dependable work ethic. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Physical Requirements Must be able to lift, carry, and move cleaning equipment and supplies. Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Work Conditions Part-time schedule.

May be required to work flexible night hours based on facility needs. Indoor commercial office environment. Routine performance evaluation based on quality of work and reliability.
