About AR Roofing

Our team takes pride in delivering exceptional results while creating a professional, supportive work environment where employees can grow and make a meaningful impact. We are currently seeking a full-time Office Assistant to join our Pratt office and help keep our daily operations running smoothly. 
What You'll Be Doing 
As our Office Assistant, you'll be an essential part of the day-to-day operations of the office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, balancing multiple priorities, and providing outstanding customer service. 
Key responsibilities include: 
  • Answering phones and providing friendly, professional customer service. 
  • Greeting customers and assisting with general office inquiries. 
  • Managing state licenses and local permits. 
  • Navigating state websites to ensure roofing compliance requirements are met. 
  • Maintaining organized office systems, files, and records. 
  • Assisting with day-to-day administrative and office support tasks. 
  • Supporting the team with additional administrative duties as needed.
