Overview VTG is seeking a Deputy Program Manager. What will you do? • Assist, Manage, and Oversee varius contracted efforts. • Interface with various points of contact with Government program authorities on techanical and program / project issues. • Ensure proper execution of contract requirments. • Provide oversight and assistance managing acquisition and employment of program/project resources. Do you have what it takes? * Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Business Management related field. * Ten (10) + years in DOD / Navy Program Management or Government Technical Management * Supervisory experience and experience communicating with SES / Flag level personnel. * Active Secret Clearance is required. * Ability to work on - site at customers request. *Pending contract award Pay Range: VTG's estimated starting pay range is $77,000-95,000, which is a general guideline for the geographic location. When extending an offer, VTG also considers work experience, education, skill level, market considerations and may possibly include contractual requirements which may cause an offer to fall outside of this range.
