Job description

PENDING CONTRACT AWARD

SITE SUPERVISOR

Location: Fairchild AFB, WA
Employment Type: Full-Time | Onsite
Clearance: SECRET | CAC required

Summary

Provides supervision of OID-level maintenance, modification, inspection and repair of active systems in the US Government inventory, on KC-135 aircraft, all systems and subsystems on and off aircraft in accordance with the Air Force technical directives, applicable technical data, and federal contract requirements.

Senior On-Site Supervisor supporting KC-135 aircraft responsible for operations at Fairchild AFB, WA and various TDY locations.

Essential Functions

  • Performs duties as primary interface with Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and submits required reports
  • Manage day-to-day operations of Contract Field Team
  • Perform as primary interface with Corporate Program Management
  • Document and submitting Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL)
  • Perform as primary interface with Corporate Director of Quality submitting required reports
  • Ensure compliance with Tool Control, FOD, safety, and quality programs
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Duties

  • Submits required reports accordingly including but not limited to: Certificate Of Completion and Acceptance (COCA), Certificate of Service (COS), Manning Reports, Weekly Activity Report, Payroll, Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL), etc.
  • Provides local oversight of Quality Management System (QMS), training and safety programs
  • Accountable for assigned Company Owned Property, Government Furnished Property, and Government Furnished Equipment.
  • Documents work performed on appropriate forms, electronic database and definitive sheets, as required.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years Air Force Aviation Maintenance Program experience
  • 5+ years as Maintenance Officer, Senior Maintenance NCO or equivalent civilian management experience
  • 4+ years KC-135 or similar maintenance experience preferred
  • SECRET clearance and CAC required

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation, including prolonged sitting or standing, use of a computer and office equipment, and lifting up to 25 lbs. Requires sufficient vision to read and review records and the ability to work in office and hangar environments while wearing required PPE.

Compensation

  • $95,000 - $100,000/year + $4.00 H&W/hour
