The Program Manager/Contract Manager provides overall leadership and oversight of contract performance, serving as the primary point of contact with the Government. This individual manages contract execution, personnel, schedules, quality, and customer communications to ensure successful performance and compliance with all contractual requirements.
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Government and contractor leadership.
  • Direct day-to-day contract operations and overall program performance.
  • Manage personnel, schedules, budgets, deliverables, and contract resources.
  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements, quality standards, and Government regulations.
  • Identify and mitigate program risks while resolving performance issues.
  • Monitor contract metrics and implement continuous process improvements.
  • Coordinate with Government stakeholders and provide program status updates.
  • Support transition planning and successful contract execution throughout the period of performance.

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Active Secret Security Clearance
  • Must possess and maintain a current Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level I certification throughout contract performance.
  • One of the following:
  • Successful completion of 24 semester hours in mathematical, engineering, and quantitative analysis coursework, 15 or more years of cost analysis experience, and familiarity with Department of Defense data sources (e.g., Cost and Software Data Reporting (CSDR), Earned Value Management (EVM)); or
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience within the past 10 years serving as a Program Manager.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred Certifications:
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • ITIL Foundation
