Aristocrat is seeking a dedicated Finance Operations Program Manager to join our dynamic team! What You'll Do
  • Serve as the sole lead responsible for Finance Operations initiatives across Procure to Pay (P2P), Accounts Receivable, and Payroll.
  • Establish clear accountability and ownership for each initiative, ensuring no gaps in execution.
  • Translate strategic priorities into a coordinated, actionable execution plan.
  • Drive disciplined delivery across functions, regions, and shared services.
  • Govern the enterprise Finance Operations roadmap, balancing business impact, risk, and capacity.
  • Evaluate and prioritize initiatives based on outcomes, dependencies, and value realization.
  • Identify and resolve interdependencies across towers and regions, preventing execution delays.
  • Establish governance protocols, rhythm, and reporting for Finance Operations programs.
  • Ensure initiatives are fully accomplished through benefit realization, not just delivery landmarks.
  • Identify execution, control, and delivery risks early, resolving them before they impact leadership or reporting.
  • Partner with Finance leaders, Shared Services, Technology, Compliance, Finance Transformation, and Business collaborators.
  • Provide clear, executive-level communication on progress, risks, and outcomes.

What We're Looking For
  • 7+ years of experience in finance operations, transformation, strategy, or program management.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional, enterprise-level initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of Finance Operations processes (P2P, O2C, Payroll, Shared Services).
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize complex portfolios and manage competing demands.
  • Executive-level communication and collaborator management skills.
  • Experience in large-scale transformation, automation, or operating model redesign is preferred.
  • Background in shared services, global operations, or matrixed organizations is a plus.
  • PMP, Agile, Lean, or similar certification a plus (but not required).

Pay Range
$84,000 - $156,000 per year
Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
