Job description

Program Coordinator ***This position requires an active TS/Sensitive Compartmental Information (SCI) clearance.*** Cherokee Preting is seeking an exceptionally qualified, detail-oriented individual to serve as a Program Coordinator to support a USSOCOM Intelligence support contract. The Program Coordinator is responsible for supervising Contractor personnel in support of USSOCOM associated organizations and assisting with some program management responsibilities. The ideal candidate possesses previous military experience at the strategic level, working knowledge in the field of military intelligence and relevant SOF experience.

Compensation & Benefits: Pay commensurate with experience. Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.

Program Coordinator Responsibilities Include: * Manage candidate selection process which includes the following: * Resume submissions to government representatives * Schedule Access to secured facilities * Escort candidates to assessments * Assist in managing a large USSOCOM contract to provide intelligence support across a variety of intelligence disciplines, functional areas, and geographically distributed customers * Assist in producing contract deliverables at the daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis, as well as ad hoc request and RFIs * Shall be available to the PM, DPM, COR and KO during normal business hours and shall be available during all other times as required * Responsible for assisting the Program Manager (PM) and Deputy Program Manager (DPM) in coordinating all aspects of contract management and the execution of the Statement of Work (SOW) * Performs other job-related duties as assigned Program Coordinator Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested: * Minimum of five (5) years managerial experience within DoD or equivalent Government agencies required, with at least two (2) years at the operational level of warfare experience preferred * Experience in special operations intelligence disciplines and or significant knowledge of special operations is required * Current Top Secret clearance and SCI eligible * Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal Company Information: Cherokee Preting (Preting) is a part of Cherokee Federal - the division of tribally owned federal contracting companies owned by Cherokee Nation Businesses.
