Job description

One Federal Solution (OFS) is seeking a Warehouse Property Manager to support our Federal Government client at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Brunswick, GA. This role provides property management, inventory control, and logistical support to ensure proper handling, accountability, and tracking of government-issued equipment and supplies. This is a hands-on, operational role that requires both warehouse and administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, process, and track incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Issue and collect equipment, including training kits, to support operations
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, including serial number tracking for controlled items
  • Use government inventory systems to document, track, and manage equipment and supplies
  • Prepare and process documentation such as SF-120s and other required forms
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure items are received, processed, and accounted for within required timeframes (e.g., 15-day windows)
  • Conduct inventory reconciliation and reporting to ensure accuracy and accountability
  • Coordinate with USMS offices to ensure equipment and supplies are properly accounted for
  • Serve as a point of contact for facility, equipment, and logistical support needs
  • Assist with office and equipment moves, including computers, phones, and related items
  • Support safety and security compliance requirements
  • Prepare reports and maintain organized documentation of all activities

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

  • This is not a desk position and requires being on your feet throughout the day
  • Regular movement across the FLETC campus is required
  • Must be comfortable working in a warehouse and operational environment
  • Ability to lift and move items up to approximately 25โ€“30 lbs
  • Combination of hands-on warehouse duties and administrative/reporting tasks

Qualifications & Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in inventory management, supply technician duties, logistics, or warehouse/property management
  • Experience tracking inventory and maintaining accountability of equipment (serial number tracking preferred)
  • Experience with documentation and forms related to inventory or property management (e.g., SF-120s or similar)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to consistently deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or GED required
