Job description

Plumbing Trade Foreman

RQ Construction, LLC | Jacksonville, FL area | Full-Time

Since 1996, RQC, LLC has been a leader in Design-Build construction, with a national presence spanning coast to coast and a primary focus within the Department of Defense (DoD) market.

We are seeking a Plumbing Trade Foreman to join our Field Operations team in Jacksonville, FL. This role is responsible for the daily supervision, direction, and coordination of assigned construction crews on a project jobsite-safely producing highquality work within project requirements, budget, and schedule, and in alignment with RQ's Mission, Vision, and Values.

Pay: $49.09 - $55.00 per hour, DOE and paid in accordance with applicable Davis-Bacon prevailing wage rates specific to each base
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with Company Match, and a Company Vehicle

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required; construction management/engineering coursework preferred
  • 2+ years as a Foreman supervising the plumbing trade on medium/large projects
  • 3+ years of field or trade construction experience; government, military, or large commercial experience preferred
  • Design-build experience desirable
  • Demonstrated knowledge of daily reports and look ahead
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • CPR, First Aid, OSHA 30-hour, EM-385, and STS certifications required (training available)
