Program Summary

KBR's Exploration & Logistics division delivers full life cycle professional and technical solutions that improve operational readiness and drive innovation. Our solutions help ensure mission success on land, air, sea, space and cyberspace for the Department of Defense, intelligence community, NASA, and other federal agencies. KBR's areas of expertise include engineering, logistics, operations, science, program management, mission IT and cybersecurity.

KBR provides Contingency Base Operations, Stabilization, and Infrastructure support services under Naval Support Activity (NSA) Bahrain, UAE, Oman, and related task orders.

Job Summary

KBR is seeking a Labor Foreman who will support the General Foreman in overseeing labor crew operations by providing input to identify key success factors and ensure effective execution of work activities. The role will provide leadership to establish and maintain the organizational structure and processes necessary to deliver labor services in alignment with project objectives. The foreman is responsible for the execution of labor operations, including productivity, quality, subcontractor performance, and cost control.

**This will be an onsite position with fulltime deployment to NSA Bahrain in Manama, Bahrain.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Monitor and evaluate work performance to ensure compliance with contractual requirements, design specifications, project schedules, budgets, and quality standards

  • Communicate project statue, issues, risks, and cost impacts to the General Foreman and project team, providing recommendations to support decision-making.

  • Maintain short-term look-ahead plans and proactively address any deviations or challenges.

  • Review and track cost and man-hour budgets for installation activities and develop equipment requirement plans in coordination with the General Foreman.

  • Promote and enforce adherence to all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, fostering a safe and efficient work environment.

Basic Qualifications

  • Must be a US citizen.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Typically 5+ years of construction or labor experience, with prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety practices, and cost control methods.

  • Leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Computer skills, including working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.

  • Ability to work long hours in support of mission requirements.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.

  • Experience in contingency environments as well as knowledge and experience working with government contracts.
