About the Position

LocumJobsOnline is working with Barton Associates to find a qualified Family Practice MD in Florida!

We are seeking a Family Practice Physician in Florida for a 60-day assignment starting Aug 24, 2026. This role involves a Monday through Thursday schedule, focusing on family practice and occupational medicine for government employees, including pre-employment physicals, chronic care management, and acute care walk-in visits.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide comprehensive family practice and occupational medicine services for government employees.
  • Perform pre-employment physicals for police, fire, and civilian personnel.
  • Manage chronic care and medication needs.
  • Handle acute care walk-in visits.
  • Dispense medications on-site as needed, rarely controlled substances.
  • Manage patients requiring GLP1s and ADHD care.
