REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Previous Distribution Center/Warehouse experience preferred.
  • Previous Returns Processing experience preferred.
  • Strong computer skills (AS400/Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Excel, and Word).
  • Strong communication skills (oral, written - fluent in English), strong interpersonal skills, and strong basic math skills.
  • Bilingual (Spanish and English) preferred.
  • High attention to detail and quality and able to flourish in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated flexibility and the ability to work with others positively.
  • Able to work in non-climate-controller warehouse area.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, work overtime and/or weekends if needed.
  • Able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and push cases up to 8 hrs.
  • Must be able to lift 35 pounds

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Receive, inspect, verify, and document information concerning returned product according to documented standards.
  • Categorize returns and sort into proper sorting bins for later processing.
  • Process returns through applicable computer software (Mojo/RDS).
  • Coordinate and communicate return activities with the warehouse management team.
  • May be asked to perform other basic warehouse duties as needed.

HOURS: 1st Shift: Hours will be 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Overtime required as needed.
