Administrative Services Specialist
Location: St. Cloud, Minnesota, Full-Time

We're looking for an Administrative Services Specialist to join our team! In this role, you'll be the go-to support person for administrative operations, helping with data entry, document processing, reception duties, mail services, and much more. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy variety in your workday, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do:
Document & Data Processing
  • Scan, index, and quality-check company documents with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Enter alpha and numeric data into company systems.
  • Verify information and correct data entry errors as needed.
  • Maintain organized electronic records and data tracking.
Reception & Customer Service
  • Serve as a friendly and professional first point of contact for callers and visitors.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls using a multi-line phone system.
  • Welcome visitors and notify employees of their arrival.
  • Support building security procedures, including visitor sign-in and badge issuance.
Mailroom & Office Support
  • Back up mailroom operations during breaks, vacations, or absences.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and interoffice mail.
  • Prepare outgoing mail and shipping documentation.
  • Track postage expenses and provide mail-related support to departments.
What You'll Bring:
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; coursework or degree in Business, Customer Service, or Administrative Support preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including: Work, Outlook, Excel
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Compensation:
  • The anticipated hourly pay range for this position is between $20.00 - $24.50. Hourly pay rate offered is determined by relevant experience, education, certifications, and geographic location as compared to others doing substantially similar work.
