Positionย Summaryย ย 

This is an entry-level position that requires the review and analysis of published prevailing wage determinations from a variety of government agencies. Some analysis requires mathematical equations, and some requireย in-depth reading review; after analysis is complete, data entry of information is transferred into spreadsheets or databases.ย 

Primary Duties and Responsibilitiesย 

  • Collating, organizing, capturing,ย analyzingย and processingย data intoย defined formatsย ย 

  • Gathering and verifying documents for processing and accuracy,ย checkingย and verifying work for accuracyย 

  • Learn details of published prevailing wages quickly and thoroughlyย 

  • Learn LCPtracker procedures toย representย prevailing wage as dataย 

  • Maintain the California State DIR-issued prevailing wage dataย 

  • Maintain Dept. of Labor-issued wages and other State wage data as assignedย 

  • Input initial wage data for new clientsย 

  • Track status of assigned workย 

  • Report viaย time-cardsย cost to complete workย 

  • Report status on a weekly basisย

Position Type and Expected Hours of Workย 

This is a full-time non-exempt position. Days/hours worked are dependent on the workload at the time. General availability and presence in the officeย isย expected during regular business hours Monday-Friday. However, some flexibility is allowed. Occasional evening and weekend work may beย requiredย as job duties demand.ย 

Travelย 

There is no major travel requirement for this position. However, infrequent travel may be necessary to visit remote office(s), attend conferences/industry events, etc. Attendance at our corporate Staff Retreat isย required. This event is a 2-3-day retreat. Attendance at our User Conference as assigned.ย 

Salary Rangeย 

The Data Entry Technicianย hourly rate range isย $21.00ย per hour.ย Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.ย
