Position Overview:
We're looking for an experienced and driven Recruiter with 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. In this role, you'll own end-to-end recruiting across multiple business groups, partnering closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners (HRBPs), and business leaders to develop strategic hiring plans and attract top talent. You'll have the opportunity to influence hiring decisions, build strong stakeholder relationships, and create an exceptional candidate experience while helping shape the future of Coherent!

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage full cycle recruiting for multiple roles of varying seniority
  • Build relationships with internal clients, vendor partners, HRBPs and team members
  • Collaborate with leadership and hiring teams to develop an understanding of current and future hiring needs while assessing priorities and ensuring alignment 
  • Develop innovative solutions for hiring needs
  • Lead successful ongoing status updates with all hiring managers
  • Management of interview process for each candidate in a professional manner
  • Manage both internal and external customer expectations during recruiting life cycle

Education & Experience

  • 5 years full cycle recruiting
  • BA/BS Degree preferred or equivalent experience

Skills

  • Experience with utilizing a variety of sourcing strategies and tools, including AI tools, proactive phone, internet, and social media research
  • Excellent sourcing skills
  • Experience developing a pipeline to recruit a diverse slate of candidates 
  • ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates
  • Ability to identify appropriate candidates through both behavioral interviewing and technical interviewing
  • Strong experience with preparing offers including evaluation of salaries, RSUs, relocation packages, and sign-on bonuses
  • Sharp negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal, teaming, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to analyze hiring and market trends to recommend data-driven solutions
  • Corporate recruiting experience with the ability to navigate through a corporate environment
