Our team is dedicated to helping government-sponsored healthcare programs become smarter purchasers of health services, bringing together analytical expertise and innovative thinking to solve our clients' most complex challenges.

We will count on you to:

  • Thrive and be motivated by an environment that embraces AI and technology-enabled tools
  • Work with client and team project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, and help develop key project documents, including budgets and work plans
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and project teams to review project status and expectations, provide expertise and insight to help solve potential issues, and manage project scope, budget, and timelines

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of healthcare financial analysis experience or pharmacy analysis experience, including financial modeling, or rate development
  • Ability to work on team projects and initiatives in a dynamic environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced MS Excel analytical skills

What makes you stand out?

  • Medicaid program experience
  • SAS (Statistical Analysis System) software experience, including data management, advanced analytics, and modeling
  • PBM experience or knowledge and experience using drug compendia (Medi-Span or First Databank)

Why join our team:

  • We help you be your best through professional development opportunities, interesting work and supportive leaders.
  • We foster a vibrant and inclusive culture where you can work with talented colleagues to create new solutions and have an impact on colleagues, clients, and communities.
  • Our scale enables us to provide a range of career opportunities, as well as benefits and rewards to enhance your well-being.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $68,500 to $137,000.
