- Support implementation of the seven elements of an effective compliance program as defined by the Office of the Inspector General.
- Influence without authority across all levels (M4+) to ensure a culture of compliance within Global Government Affairs and Import/Export/Trade Compliance.
- Ensure an open and collaborative environment that promotes teamwork, open communication, and collaborative interactions to foster a culture of integrity.

- Regularly share external trends and E&C metrics with leadership in Global Government Affairs and Import/Export/Trade Compliance.
- Provide compliance support as needed for investigations of potential non-compliant activities and support appropriate corrective/preventive actions.
- Lead/support broader E&C priorities as they emerge in the business.
