We are seeking a Product Director, Business Capability Owner to join our Enterprise Transformation Office (ETO). This Director-level leadership role is responsible for defining the vision, strategy, optimization, and continuous improvement of an assigned business capability platform. As the Business Capability Owner (BCO), you will own both the end-to-end business processes and the technologies that enable them, applying modern product management and agile practices to maximize business value.

This role serves as the primary connection between business stakeholders and Enterprise Technology & Information (ETI), ensuring that processes, technology, data, and user experience align with EisnerAmper's strategic priorities. Unlike traditional project-based roles, this position provides long-term ownership of the platform throughout its lifecycle, from strategy and roadmap development through delivery, operations, and ongoing maturity.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:

Strategy, Vision & Roadmap

  • Define and own the platform vision, multi-year roadmap, and product strategy aligned with enterprise priorities.

  • Translate business strategy into a prioritized transformation roadmap.

  • Maintain alignment between platform initiatives and measurable business outcomes.

Business Process Ownership & Optimization

  • Own the end-to-end business processes for the assigned capability.

  • Drive process standardization, simplification, automation, and continuous improvement.

  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and user experience while ensuring compliance and controls.

  • Advance business process maturity through defined metrics and governance.

Product & Technology Ownership

  • Serve as the business product owner for supporting applications and technologies.

  • Partner with ETI and architecture teams to deliver scalable, integrated solutions.

  • Oversee platform data integrity, reporting, integrations, and technology value realization.

Agile Product Management

  • Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value.

  • Develop business requirements and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

  • Lead agile delivery planning in partnership with cross-functional teams.

  • Manage platform enhancements through the Enterprise Transformation Office intake process.

Governance, Prioritization & Funding

  • Lead governance for platform prioritization, funding, and enhancement decisions.

  • Develop and manage the platform's annual Book of Work and investment roadmap.

  • Represent the platform within enterprise planning and steering committees.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Serve as the primary liaison between business leaders, operations, ETI, AI teams, and vendors.

  • Build strong partnerships with stakeholders to gather feedback and prioritize enhancements.

  • Manage vendor relationships, licensing, product roadmaps, and contract value.

Performance & Continuous Improvement

  • Define and monitor KPIs to measure platform health and business outcomes.

  • Drive continuous improvement using user feedback, operational metrics, and value realization.

  • Report platform performance to ETO leadership and governance committees.

Risk & Compliance

  • Ensure platform changes comply with regulatory, audit, security, and internal control requirements.

  • Partner with Risk, Compliance, and Security teams to proactively manage risk.

Leadership

  • Lead and develop cross-functional teams, including business analysts, process SMEs, delivery leads, and change management resources.

  • Foster collaboration across business functions, ETO, AI, ETI, and global delivery teams.

  • Champion agile ways of working and a culture of innovation.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • 14+ years of experience in product management, business process ownership, enterprise transformation, or related leadership roles.

  • Demonstrated experience leading agile product delivery and managing product roadmaps and backlogs.

  • Strong knowledge of business process design, optimization, and enterprise technology platforms.

  • Experience leading governance, prioritization, portfolio management, and funding processes.

  • Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.

  • Proven ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution while delivering measurable business value.

Preferred/Desired Qualifications:

  • MBA or other advanced degree preferred.

  • Relevant product/agile certifications (e.g., SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or similar Agile certifications).

  • Experience managing enterprise software vendors and influencing product roadmaps.

  • Professional services experience is highly preferred, especially in supporting business development, sales, client onboarding, engagement management, or service delivery platforms.

  • Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives within a matrixed organization.

For certain markets the expected salary range for this position is between $175,000 and $225,000. The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
