Analyst - Contracts and Insurances
Job Level: 15 Reports to: PCS Services Manager

Roles and Responsibilities
Draft and analyze contract documents using approved templates, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with governance requirements.
Administer Ariba Contract Workspace, managing uploads, routing validation, stakeholder reviews, and publication of fully executed agreements.
Ensures vendor requirements are fulfilled by obtaining all necessary information, confirmations, and supporting documentation, maintaining contract files that are complete, compliant, and audit-ready.
Own and manage the end-to-end e-signature process, proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks while coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely execution and completion.
Maintain full accountability for the integrity, organization, and compliance of the central contract retention file, ensuring all documentation is audit-ready and aligned with corporate retention standards.
Lead contract lifecycle governance by tracking critical contract events, coordinating required actions with business owners, escalating risks as necessary, and ensuring all renewals, amendments, and expirations are executed on schedule.
Identify and escalate contractual risks, including missing documentation, compliance gaps, or workflow delays, coordinating mitigation with stakeholders.
Obtain, review, and analyze vendor insurance documentation, ensuring compliance with contractual coverage requirements and maintaining auditready records.
Support compliance and audit activities by validating documentation, preparing evidence, and ensuring records meet internal control expectations.
Prepare and validate dashboards and analytical reports on contracts, insurance, claims, and risk indicators, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights.

Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, Procurement, Materials Management, or a related field. Recommended: Two (2) years of studies in Law or Paralegal Studies, with the ability to draft contracts and a basic understanding of legislation related to obligations and contracts.

Experience: Two to four (2-4) years of experience in contract administration, insurance administration, procurement operations, risk management, or analytical support roles. Experience working in controlled, audit driven, or compliance sensitive environments is preferred.
