Shift -Mon - Fri 8AM - 5PM
Qualifications:
List the requirements below that are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to successfully accomplish the essential duties of the job. - Ability to accurately interpret blueprints - Ability to accurately interpret work in-process documents - Knowledge of welding procedures and processes - Good verbal and written communication skills - Strong Computer skills required - Self-motivated with a high level of ownership and accountability - Lean skills continually drives process improvements - Team building skills List preferred job related qualifications if different from above. - Must be fluent in English, i.e. speaking, reading, writing - List the level of education and/or experience needed to successfully accomplish the essential duties of this job. - High School diploma or equivalent - Certified to WD-001 - Ability to pass a reading test Ability to speak and listen effectively to follow instructions in English. Ability to write and speak complete sentences and understand verbal and written instructions in English
Responsibilities:
Welder Duties:- - Prepare the weld joints per instruction in traveler. - Perform the weld by manual TIG or CNC TIG welder or EB welder. - Weld certain operations on different components. - Belt sand preparation of parts. - Inspection of tools. - Documenting travelers after operations performed. - General department housekeeping. - Maintain production standards/quality. - Regular attendance and punctuality. - Adhere to and promote Corporate Code of Ethical Standards. - Ensures compliance with Company IPM/QPM and ISO quality requirements. - Perform preventative maintenance on the equipment, as required. - Performing other tasks in the facility, as needed.
