Gotham Enterprises Ltd is actively seeking a skilled and passionate Full-Time Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our dedicated healthcare team in Sherman, Connecticut. Gotham Enterprises Ltd is a premier provider of orthopedic outpatient physical therapy located in the thriving community of Sherman, Connecticut. Our state-of-the-art facility features modern equipment and a welcoming environment, allowing us to deliver comprehensive care that meets the unique needs of every patient. This full-time position calls for a physical therapist to work onsite at our expansive 5000 square-foot facility. Our clinic is designed with the latest technology and equipment tailored for sports medicine rehabilitation. Located in Sherman, you will serve a diverse patient population covered primarily by private medical insurance, further enhancing our ability to provide personalized treatments in a welcoming atmosphere. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life commitment.

• Assess and understand the individualized needs and objectives of each patient to develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Manage a patient load of approximately two patients per hour, allowing for focused, quality care.
• Utilize your prior experience in orthopedic outpatient settings to deliver effective therapy tailored to each patient.
• Implement cost-effective therapeutic interventions that enhance patients' range of motion and overall mobility.
• Advocate for non-surgical treatment options and minimize reliance on medication through innovative therapeutic practices.
• Create comprehensive treatment programs incorporating a variety of therapeutic techniques to address diverse conditions.
• Design and implement customized fitness and wellness programs to meet each patient's specific rehabilitation goals.
• Document all services delivered meticulously to maintain compliance and ongoing care effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes through interdisciplinary communication and strategies.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery.
• Motivate and support patients throughout their treatment processes, encouraging success in achieving personal health goals.

As a Physical Therapist at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will primarily treat patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Our diverse clientele includes athletes looking to regain peak performance, elderly patients needing rehabilitation support, and individuals seeking improved functionality in their daily lives. Your role will directly impact these patients' lives, allowing them to regain their independence and functional capabilities in a supportive, encouraging environment.

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Sherman, Connecticut.
• No record of board or disciplinary actions on your professional license, ensuring a transparent practice.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and a proactive approach to patient care.
• Experience in designing and implementing individualized exercise programs tailored to patient needs.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software, preferably WebPT, to maintain accurate patient documentation.

• At least two years of experience as a Physical Therapist, ideally within an orthopedic outpatient setting.
• Experience working with a variety of patient demographics, including sports injuries and post-operative rehabilitation.
• Ability to lead group therapy sessions and workshops focused on wellness and injury prevention.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
