Job description

Gotham Bar and Grill is looking for FOH Captains. Gotham is a 1-Star Michelin, 3-Star NY Times and #1 Zagat restaurant. We are looking for motivated, personable Captains for our front of house team. Beyond the excellence of Victoria Blamey's cuisines, Gotham is known for tailored 3-star service with personality.
This is a full time position. Sundays and Mondays a must.
We’d love to meet you if you fit the following criteria:
· Minimum one year experience as a server/captain in a fine dining establishment in NYC.
· Minimum experience of 3 years in hospitality as a server/waiter.
· An ability to work as a team in a pooled house environment.
· Availability for both dinner and lunch shifts, with flexibility.
· Outstanding verbal communication skills (English).
· Passion for food, wine and hospitality.
· Working knowledge of Micros.
