Overview
Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a distinguished national law firm with offices in all 50 states, has an immediate opening for a Legal Secretary in its Los Angeles office. Ideal candidates must have at least five years of experience.
Requirements
  • Familiarity with State and Federal Rules and Administrative Procedures.
  • Ability to provide administrative support to attorneys.
  • Work independently on pleadings, discovery, motion preparation and e-discovery.
  • Experience and knowledge with e-filing in state and federal court, case management, docketing, e-discovery, document review, exhibit preparation, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and previous Compulaw experience is beneficial.
  • Excellent analytical and written communication skills.

The firm offers a friendly, business casual environment with competitive compensation and a full benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, disability, parental leave and life insurance. There may be flexible options for successful candidates, including hybrid and full-time opportunities.
The yearly salary range is between $48,000-$100,000. This position is open to all experience levels. The actual salary offered may be above or below the identified range and will be based on a wide range of factors, including relevant skills, training, experience, including the location where the position is filled.
