Travel Physical Therapist Opportunity In Wasilla, AK

Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others? Join our travel Physical Therapist team in Wasilla, AK, where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Alaska Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Minimum experience: No new graduates. Prior outpatient and manual therapy experience required.
  • Experience working 1:1 patient sessions with 45-minute treatment times preferred.
  • Experience with cases including post-operative, neurological, and pelvic patients preferred. No pediatrics expected.
  • Comfort working within a clinic that uses Prompt EMR (includes AI functionality with auto-dictation) preferred.
  • Ability to meet productivity expectation of approximately 50 patients per week preferred.
  • Must be able to work in an outpatient manual therapy practice and collaborate with other PTs on staff. Travel teams or PT pairs are not accepted.

  • Shift: Days.
  • Schedule options: Flexible (no weekends) — 5x8s, 4x10s, 9x80s.
  • Caseload: 1:1 patient care with 45-minute sessions.
