  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, balancing BAU work with time-sensitive launches and regulatory updates
  • Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) to support tagging, tracking, and content performance measurement, leveraging data and insights for client-focused decisions
  • Strong understanding of SEO, accessibility, and digital content best practices, with digital design skills (fonts, color palettes, image sizing) to ensure high-quality publishing standards
  • Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end with strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and in-depth QA across creative materials and technology functionality
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, building effective relationships with editors, stakeholders, technical teams, and all levels of management, while interacting promptly and positively
