• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.

• Experience in designing for AI‑driven or conversational scenarios, as well as utilizing AI tools to streamline your own design workflow.

• Ability to analyze situations from a broader system level, with the potential and desire to lead complex product redesigns.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability of crafting compelling narratives rooted in user insights and data to explain design rationale and build consensus across various teams.

As an Interaction Designer, you will apply user‑centered design methods to craft industry‑leading user experiences from concept to execution, working with design partners to evolve the Google design language to build beautiful, innovative products.

US: $132,000 - $190,000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Develop user journeys, mockups, prototypes, and presentations to effectively communicate design ideas.

Translate complex workflows and system designs into elegant conceptual models.

Participate in and drive design reviews.

Work with a cross‑functional team to strategize and build compelling user‑centric goals, including organizing people and process for alignment.

Pitch and present concepts, proposals, and updates to executive stakeholders and translate complex concepts and interactions into simple, elegant, and coherent design.
