GFiber is expanding into new markets and the Supply Chain Solutions Lead plays a key part in supporting that expansion strategy. This role will be responsible for developing data models and tools to support data-driven decision-making across supply chain planning, procurement and operational functions.

Role Description

As the Supply Chain Solutions Lead you will leverage data analytics and statistical modeling to enhance our planning, inventory management, and operational strategies. You will play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain processes, improving equipment supply & demand forecasting, and driving data-driven decision-making. You will partner closely with Supply Chain, Business Intelligence and Engineering teams to leverage available data to improve supply chain processes. Cross-functional collaboration with finance, sales, marketing, operations, and supply chain will be critical to ensure forecast consensus.

In this role, you'll:

  • Develop & maintain equipment forecasting and financial models that also reconcile to capital budget planning
  • Support ongoing inventory & demand data mining to improve forecast accuracy
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports highlighting into inventory turns and obsolescence risks across the supply chain network
  • Leverage fiber plant bill of materials (BOMs) to translate inventory into available build miles
  • Support supply chain network operational analytics and modeling

At a minimum we'd like you to have:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • 7 years of experience in an analytical role, preferably in Supply Chain and/or Procurement
  • 7 years of experience in Tableau, SQL, Python, Power BI, SAP, Hyperion, Salesforce, Access and Excel
  • Knowledge of warehouse and inventory management systems

It's preferred if you have:

  • Experience in supply chain network optimization and equipment refurbishment and repair
  • Record of effective relationship-building or partnership development.
  • Experience using data to identify opportunities for business improvement and defining/measuring the success of those initiatives.
  • Distinctive problem solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills with impeccable business judgment. Capable of translating analysis results into business recommendations.
  • Capable of working on multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Thrives under pressure and in high-ambiguity environments


The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $129,600 - $190,100+ bonus + cash award + benefits. As pay varies by location, your recruiter will share more about the specific salary range for your targeted location during the hiring process.
