Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience with advertising sales, business development, online media environment, or sales-oriented marketing roles.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience selling performance and video solutions to clients in sensitive industries (finance, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, etc.) and managing brand safety/suitability requirements.
  • Strong presentation skills, experience executing joint business planning and upfront negotiations; independent, self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, curious, and resilient.
  • Understanding of Google's products (Search, YouTube Brand and Performance, DV360) and the role they play within the broader media landscape (linear TV networks, connected TV, streaming services.
  • Ability to position and sell Google's products competitively.
  • Highly tenacious; unaccepting of the status quo (has a strong desire to enact change).

Responsibilities
  • Understand Google products (Search, YouTube, Display, DV360) and how they need to be positioned to support client needs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with specialist teams and other resources to create analysis, sales pitches, reporting, measurement and create recommendations for clients.
  • Keep thorough records of customer business objectives/inputs and understand how these impact their spend with Google (week on week and over time).
  • Manage account on a daily basis; scale campaigns and manage troubleshooting with client/internal specialist teams.
  • Plan and execute large-scale client facing summits with key decision makers in large organizations to create new business opportunities and make compelling presentations to client stakeholders (virtually and in person).
