Salary:

As a Sales Administrative you will play a critical role at Jambrina CPA, ensuring that opportunities are properly managed throughout the sales workflow and assisting with marketing campaigns. You will support Account Managers in completing the sales lifecycle and ensuring a smooth transition to the service teams. This role is particularly client-facing, with the responsibility of maintaining a proactive relationship with clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update CRM data, including account types and client records.
  • Assist in preparing deals, advancing sales activities, and delivering quotes.
  • Manage the Leads Inbox, ensuring timely follow-ups on inquiries.
  • Research and suggest quotes for Google Ads and Meta marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure all client contact details, including billing information, are properly recorded.
  • Work closely with technical teams to assess client needs accurately.
  • Assist with projects related to the companys intranet webpage.
  • Convert deals into engagements and coordinatepost-sales/onboardingwith department managers.
  • Create and update work records for sales and post-sales activities.
  • Facilitate the exchange of original documents with the administrative team.
  • Set up and maintain client payment methods in the CRM.
  • Support theoffboardingprocess by updating records, reviewing billing, and ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Maintain compliance with internal sales policies and procedures.
  • Participate in special projects as needed.
  • Keep accurate records of tasks and update IT systems accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in Business Administration or a related field.
