Join a collaborative technology organization as a QA Manager, where you will lead a team of QA engineers while helping shape the future of quality assurance, automation, and testing strategy across enterprise software platforms. Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of manual and automation QA engineers across multiple software initiatives.

  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and IT teams to integrate quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Support and enhance automated testing initiatives using modern testing frameworks and tools.
  • Establish and promote quality standards related to functionality, reliability, performance, and security.
  • Participate in hands-on testing, automation development, troubleshooting, and test reviews when needed.
  • Improve regression coverage, automation suites, and testing processes to reduce risk and improve delivery quality.
  • Contribute to CI/CD and DevOps-oriented quality practices by integrating automated testing into deployment pipelines.
  • Identify quality trends, risks, and process improvement opportunities while communicating recommendations to leadership.
  • Support digital marketing and analytics-related initiatives involving APIs, tracking technologies, and automated validation efforts.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of automated testing experience using frameworks such as Playwright, SpecFlow, Reqnroll, or similar technologies.
  • 3+ years of leadership or mentoring experience managing QA engineers or QA initiatives.
  • Strong automation-first mindset with experience improving QA scalability, reliability, and delivery velocity.
  • Experience working within Agile/Scrum teams and CI/CD or DevOps-oriented environments.
  • Strong understanding of software engineering principles and automated testing best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with digital marketing platform testing, marketing KPIs and/or Google Analytics is a plus.
  • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
