• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
• 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
• 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects.
• Experience building or integrating with communication systems (e.g., telephony, WebRTC, chat) and AI agents.
• Experience with Generative AI, large language models (LLMs), or conversational AI systems, especially in the development of AI agents or agentic frameworks.

You will join a highly technical, fast-paced developing team transforming customer interactions through AI. In this role, you will build the "front door" connecting next-generation AI agents to millions of users, and develop cloud-based "last-mile" integrations that power seamless chat and voice experiences. You will ensure reliable and scalable GenAI interactions directly at the customer touchpoint that shape the future of applied AI by developing our core first-party integration platforms.

• Drive the end-to-end development and technical design for integrating AI agents across various first- and third-party chat and voice surfaces, guiding the team through complex performance and reliability challenges.
• Partner closely with Product Management, UX, and AI research teams to translate complex requirements into AI-powered customer support experience.
• Lead technical relationship-building and co-development efforts with key external partners to ensure their technologies integrate seamlessly with our platform.
• Apply deep technical knowledge in telephony, chat, or Generative AI to guide product direction and successfully navigate complex technical trade-offs.
• Deliver in a fast-paced, action-oriented environment to accelerate development and deliver robust solutions in a rapidly evolving domain.
