Job Title: W3 Software Developer, Systems Software Job Category: Information Technology Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Local * * * The Opportunity: CACI is seeking a W3 Software Developer, Systems Software in support of a program whose initiative is aimed at combating evolving and emerging threats, supporting related exploitation and replication activities, and advancing operational rehearsal, exercise, wargaming, and counter system development. Additionally, we are focusing on integration and experimentation, including Modeling and Simulation. You will work alongside a talented team of engineers, analysts, and technical experts supporting the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) C5ISR Center and various Combatant Commands By joining this team, you will have a unique opportunity to contribute to the U.S. and our allies' ability to develop and apply models and simulations throughout the lifecycle of military and commercial technologies and systems. Your work will help ensure Warfighter readiness and the realization of future capabilities. Responsibilities: * Design, develop, and test computer and network software or specialized utility programs in support of M&S, LVC environments, and systems engineering efforts * Analyze user needs and develop software solutions applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis * Update and enhance existing software capabilities to meet evolving mission requirements Collaborate with computer hardware engineers to integrate hardware and software systems and develop specifications and performance requirements * Support database development within application areas, working individually or as part of a coordinated team * Provide technical expertise for hardware and software systems engineering, configuration management, and verification, validation, and accreditation (VV&A) of solutions * Support real-time voice and data communications between offsite, deployed, and temporary duty personnel and facilities * Participate in engineering-related technical reviews, exercise support, field tests, and preoperational reviews * Ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity requirements, including NIST SP 800-171 and DoDM 8140.03 standards Qualifications: Required: * AA or 2 year technical school with 5 years of relevant experience * 8+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree

* Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies
* Knowledge of database management and development
