You will assist in implementing SEO recommendations, troubleshooting technical issues, and identifying opportunities that support stronger organic visibility.

Responsibilities & Essential Functions:

Technical SEO Collaboration: Work closely with developers to troubleshoot indexation, crawlability, site speed, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, and other technical SEO enhancements.

Analyze Performance & Reporting: Monitor and analyze SEO performance using GA4, Google Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs and Looker Studio. Translate data into insights, track progress toward KPIs, and proactively adjust strategies to continue growth over time.

Build High-Quality Links: Develop and implement link-building campaigns. From performing backlink analysis, opportunity identification, solicitation, and optimization, your expertise is pivotal in enhancing online presence.

Implement SEO Recommendations: Research and implement actionable SEO strategies that propel websites to the top of search engine rankings.

Optimize On-Site SEO & Landing Pages: Recommend and implement improvements to website architecture, internal linking, copy, and landing page experience to strengthen relevance, improve rankings, and increase organic conversions.

Collaborate with our Content Team: Partner closely with writers and content specialists to develop and execute content strategies that support SEO priorities, strengthen topical authority, and drive measurable organic growth.

Conduct Keyword Research: Stay ahead of the curve by conducting continuous keyword research. Identify new opportunities and expand upon the keyword portfolio to maintain a competitive edge.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a similar field
  • 2+ years of proven SEO experience
  • Experience in the Healthcare, Home Services, and Dental sectors is a huge plus
  • 2+ years of WordPress experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Google Analytics Certified, Google Ads Certified, Bing Certified is a plus
  • Experience with GA4 and understanding of Core Web Vitals and site performance metrics
  • Experience with tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Business Profile, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, and implementing basic structured data/schema markup
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.)
  • Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO
  • Interest in AI-driven search (SGE / AI citations) and willingness to learn how to optimize for emerging AI search experiences

Work Environment/Physical Demands:

  • This job requires you to sit in a cubicle or office, on a computer (1 or more monitors) for most of the day.
  • May be required to work extended/evening hours as needed.
