Job Title: SAP SucessFactors Consultant
Location: Houston, TX 77041
Duration: 7 Months
Job Type: Remote
Pay Rate: $90 to $100/hr.
Position Overview:
  • The position will lead complex HCM transformations for major S/4HANA transformation project. The role will be part of large-scale HR transformation team in a global environment applying the latest innovations to our client, bridging gap between human resources and technology by designing, configuring, and implementing SuccessFactors solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business analysis: Understand the business requirements in HR space, map and define To-Be process, identify system gaps.
  • Solution Design & Configuration: Set up and customize specific SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central (EC), Onboarding (ONB), or Performance & Goal Management (PMGM).
  • Implementation & Support: Lead or assist with full lifecycle implementations, data migration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), defect management, and ongoing system support.
  • Documentation: Create essential project documents like Business Blueprints, Functional Specifications (FDDs), User Manuals, and Test Scripts.
  • Integration and Testing: Ensure seamless data exchange between SuccessFactors and other third-party or SAP applications. Build test scripts, coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT), and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Training & Communication: Develop training materials and conduct user training; report project status to management and stakeholders.
  • Deployment and Support: Lead or support project go-lives, create end-user documentation, deliver training, and troubleshoot post-launch technical issues.

Skills and Qualifications
  • Multiple implementations in SAP SuccessFactors in S/4HANA transformation projects.
  • Strong functional knowledge in specific SAP SuccessFactors and module, example: EC, LMS, Compensation.
  • Experience with data conversion, reporting (WRICEF), and integration.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in onshore/offshore models and travel as needed.
  • Knowledge of overall SAP S/4HANA application, Business partners, HR Employee mini master.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification is highly preferred.

Top 3 Required Skills:
  • Deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules, (such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, or Learning).
  • Cross-Module Integration & Data Migration: The role must understand how SuccessFactors interacts with the broader enterprise. Crucial integration skills include mapping data between SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA utilizing middleware like SAP Cloud Platform Integration / SAP Integration Suite.
