Job description

Duration: 24 months + extension

Hourly Rate: Depending on Experience (DOE)

Responsibilities
  • Implement UIL using Cloud Run and GKE hybrid deployment models for scalable, event-driven integration.
  • Implement event-driven workflows leveraging Pub/Sub, Cloud Functions, and containerized microservices.
  • Establish and enforce API standards, error-handling conventions, and integration patterns across distributed systems.
  • Implement and maintain observability pipelines with Cloud Logging, BigQuery, and Cloud Monitoring for auditability and performance analytics.
  • Build and optimize DR and cost-efficient architectures across multiple regions using Terraform and Cloud Deploy.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve system reliability, scalability, and performance.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 10+ years in backend/integration development or cloud engineering.
  • Deep expertise in Google Cloud Platform, especially in distributed systems, API design, and message-driven architectures.
  • Proficiency in Python, Node.js, or Java.
  • Familiarity with warehouse and ERP integration patterns (e.g., order orchestration, ASN, inventory sync).
