Te apasiona la automatizacion y quieres liderar proyectos que marcan la diferencia?En Expleo buscamos un/a Lider Tecnico/a en RPA (UiPath) para disenar y coordinar soluciones innovadoras que transformen procesos en grandes companias. Si tienes experiencia en UiPath, vision estrategica y habilidades de liderazgo, este es tu momento para dar el siguiente paso en tu carrera.

Que haras en Expleo?
  • Disenar arquitecturas RPA robustas y seguras utilizando UiPath (onPrem y Cloud).
  • Definir estandares, buenas practicas y guias de desarrollo para el equipo.
  • Liderar la implementacion de procesos robotizados end-to-end (analisis, diseno, desarrollo, pruebas, puesta en produccion).
  • Coordinar y supervisar un equipo de 5 personas (desarrolladores y especialistas en monitorizacion).
  • Asignar tareas, dar seguimiento a avances y garantizar cumplimiento de plazos y KPIs.
  • Integrar RPA con sistemas internos (ERP, CRM, PowerPlatform, APIs).
  • Actuar como punto de escalado tecnico para incidencias complejas.
  • Garantizar cumplimiento de SLA, KPIs y politicas de seguridad corporativas.
Lo que te hara triunfar:
  • Grado en Ingenieria Informatica, Telecomunicaciones o similar.
  • +5 anos en proyectos de automatizacion RPA.
  • Experiencia demostrable en UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, Insights).
  • Experiencia liderando y coordinando equipos tecnicos multidisciplinares.
  • Conocimiento avanzado de integracion con sistemas empresariales y APIs.
  • Nivel de ingles alto (comunicacion fluida).
  • Certificacion UiPath Advanced Developer o UiPath Solution Architect.
  • Valorable experiencia en sector asegurador.

Tecnologias y herramientas:

  • UiPath (onPrem y Cloud).
  • PowerAutomate (deseable).
  • Programacion en Python para scripts y agentes.
  • Metodologias agiles (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Herramientas: Jira, Confluence, Teams.

Habilidades clave: Liderazgo, comunicacion, gestion de conflictos y orientacion a resultados.
