Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program management.
  • Must possess an active Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Google Cloud Certification.
  • Cloud Architect Certification in two or more cloud computing platforms (e.g., Google Cloud).
  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

The Technical Program Manager, Federal Services Partner Management is a critical role within the Google Public Sector Services (GPSS) Partner Management organization, specifically focused on the unique requirements of the federal and cleared space. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end strategy and operations of the GPSS Federal Partner Portfolio, including Professional Services (PSO), Resident Architects (RAs), Technical Account Managers (TAMs), and Security Services. You will balance high-level strategic alignment with operational execution to ensure a robust partner ecosystem capable of meeting mission-critical needs. Google Public Sector brings the magic of Google to the mission of government and education with solutions purpose-built for enterprises. We focus on helping United States public sector institutions accelerate their digital transformations, and we continue to make significant investments and grow our team to meet the complex needs of local, state and federal government and educational institutions. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $163000 - $236000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

  • Manage the partner selection process and oversee technical evaluations to ensure partners meet the specialized needs of the cleared space.
  • Scale programs and expand the partner portfolio to cover emerging federal service requirements.
  • Drive automation and modernization within the partner ecosystem to improve efficiencies.Lead strategic partnerships and develop specialized programs for mission-specific federal initiatives.
  • Develop and execute partner segmentation strategies tailored to federal agency requirements and cleared environments.
