Deine Aufgaben

  • Du verantwortest die Steuerung und Optimierung unserer Auftragsproduktion von der Idee bis zum fertigen Produkt.

  • Du verbindest Produktion und QM und setzt HACCP- sowie Hygienekonzepte für Flächen und Maschinen zuverlässig um.

  • Du berätst und unterstützt beim Produktionsauf- und -ausbau mit dem klaren Fokus auf Automatisierung, Effizienzsteigerung und Prozessoptimierung.

  • Du übernimmst die Lieferantenauswahl, führst Verhandlungen und baust ein starkes Partnernetzwerk im Bereich Food & Beverage (Einzelhandel, Foodservice).

  • Du begleitest und sicherst anspruchsvolle Auditierungen wie IFS- und Bio-Zertifizierungen ab.

  • Du führst dein Team operativ, baust unser Serviceangebot strategisch aus und sicherst Budgets sowie Ergebnisse ab.

  • Du steuerst deine Projekte, Konzepte und Reports ganz einfach und agil digital via Google Workspace.


Unsere Wünsche

  • Du hast ein Studium der Lebensmitteltechnologie, BWL-Erfahrung und idealerweise eine handwerkliche Basis (z. B. als Koch/Konditor).

  • Du hast Erfahrung im Aufbau und der Leitung von Produktentwicklungen (z.B. als Head of Product Development).

  • Du besitzt Erfahrung in der Teamführung und -entwicklung.

  • Du hast ein kennzahlen getriebenes Arbeiten, Prozessoptimierung und die Nutzung moderner digitaler Tools (Google Workspace) sind für dich ein Leichtes.
