Qualifications
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Bachelors Degree in Finance preferred Minimum of 10 years experience in a banking or related field
  • Understanding of all facets of the consumer and commercial lending process
  • Must possess strong communication, organizational, and leadership qualities
  • Strong business development and networking skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Good communication skills
  • Must be detail oriented, analytical, and organized
  • Must successfully pass background investigation according to company policy
  • Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment
Job Description
  • Interview loan applicants concerning their businesses, needs, and earnings to determine whether a loan may be an acceptable risk.
  • Make decisions on loans and terms within established lending limits
  • Prepare loan packet for presentation to Loan Committee and/or Board
  • Maintain loan portfolios ensuring customer follow-up and monitoring of customer financials
  • Conduct analysis on loan accounts
  • Collect on past-due accounts
  • Seek out new business and sustain an active pipeline
  • Satisfies high-end customer needs; resolves major customer complaints
  • Conduct private banking for customers
  • Keep the President & CEO informed of financial results on the status of loans, banking competition, and new business developments
  • Responsible for the development, management, implementation and ownership of key initiatives to support the expansion of the Commercial Real Estate Market
  • Represents the bank and provides leadership in key community activities and organizations
Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time
  • Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
