Cornerstone Mechanical is seeking a results-driven Account Executive to join our growing team. This individual will play a critical role in developing long-term customer relationships, generating new business, and offering HVAC solutions that meet client needs. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator and strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build  and maintain strong, lasting relationships with a portfolio of customers
  • Identify  and assess customer needs providing tailored service and repair solutions.
  • Prepare  and present competitive pricing proposals in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate  with internal teams to ensure project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively   seek and onboard new clients to expand company business.
  • Attend  and participate in networking and business development events to build      brand presence and generate leads.
  • Contribute  to weekly sales team meetings and share insights for ongoing improvement.
  • Accurately  input and manage all sales activity in Salesforce on a weekly basis.
  • Utilize  Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools effectively for communication,      reporting, and documentation.
