Designation: Connectivity Engineer

Location: New Albany, OH

Contract:12 Months (Potential Extension)



Overvie

wWe are seeking an experienced Lease Connectivity Engineer to support large-scale data center connectivity projects within a hyperscale environment. This role will be responsible for managing connectivity infrastructure throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery, quality assurance, vendor coordination, and network deployment readiness across leased data center facilities

.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hyperscale connectivity, ISP/network infrastructure, vendor management, and data center deployment operations

.Required Qualification

  • sExperience supporting hyperscale data center environments
  • .Strong connectivity engineering experience within large-scale infrastructure deployments
  • .Background in ISP, carrier, or network infrastructure operations
  • .Proven experience managing third-party vendors and field teams
  • .Experience performing QA/QC audits and network deployment validation
  • .Understanding of network provisioning, troubleshooting, and connectivity turn-up processes
  • .Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

.Preferred Qualification

  • sExperience supporting AWS, Google, Microsoft, or other hyperscale data center operators
  • .Knowledge of OSP (Outside Plant) infrastructure deployments
  • .Familiarity with design-build project delivery methodologies
  • .Experience managing RFIs, change orders, and construction documentation
  • .Strong scheduling, forecasting, and risk mitigation experience
