Minimum qualifications:

  • Experience in data center maintenance and operations.

  • Understanding of the operations and maintenance of electrical, control systems, and mechanical systems in a data center environment.

As a Data Center Maintenance Planner Program Manager, you will be responsible for the effective execution of all planning and scheduling of maintenance work. You will work with site supervisors and technicians to manage work priority, develop job plans, define parts and materials, define trades and crafts, and engage resources for a safe and efficient plan/schedule. Additionally, you will provide expertise on improving Preventive Maintenance (PM) and administer the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) program at the site level, including creating and updating equipment, PM, and safety records.
The Data Center team designs and operates some of the most sophisticated electrical and HVAC systems in the world. We are an upbeat, creative, team-oriented group of engineers committed to building and operating powerful data centers.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and deliver program communications in close collaboration with program stakeholders, including metrics progress, meeting notes, meeting AIs, decision/escalation logs, newsletters, and websites.
  • Collect data relating to program progress from program stakeholders.
  • Author program charter that addresses scope and timeline of basic program, specify program Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), and explain resource requirements/dependencies, in close collaboration with program stakeholders.
  • Author stakeholder map that specifies who is impacted by, and who influences, program outcome in close collaboration with program stakeholders.
  • Triage technical bugs and feature requests alongside engineering stakeholders for purposes of prioritization, resourcing, and tracking execution.
