In this role, you will be the primary engine behind our Sales Engineering team, directly influencing the success of multi-million dollar deals by expertly matching technical talent with customer needs. You will "organize the chaos" of a global sales pipeline, serving as a strategic partner to leadership and gaining a front-row seat to the digital transformation of the construction world.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the triage and assignment of high-stakes resource requests, ensuring our top Sales Engineers are deployed to the most impactful customer engagements.

  • Mastermind complex, sensitive calendars for executives and technical teams, balancing competing priorities to keep the sales machine running smoothly.

  • Act as a high-level liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Product leadership, representing the department with professionalism and poise.

  • Drive operational excellence by identifying and implementing innovative workflows that maximize leadership productivity and team efficiency.

  • Own the preparation of critical business roadmaps, presentations, and reports that shape the strategic direction of the Sales Engineering organization.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • You have 2+ years of experience in administrative coordination or a comparable high-volume support role.

  • You have experience with Salesforce and Google Workspace, with a talent for managing complex digital calendars and data.

  • You possess the resilience to navigate fast-paced environments while maintaining extreme attention to detail and composure.

  • You are a natural communicator who can handle sensitive, confidential information with the utmost discretion and professional judgment.

Logistics:

  • Location: Westminster, CO; Lake Oswego, OR (Work in-office 4 days a week, home 1 day a week)

  • Travel Requirement: 5-10%

Compensation: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
