Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Design, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in a customer-facing role within innovation strategy, design strategy, product management, or management consulting.
  • Experience with AI technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), machine learning, or AI agent architectures) and cloud platforms.
  • Experience advising enterprise leaders (Vice President/CxO) and leading cross-functional engagements.

Preferred qualifications:
  • MBA or Master's degree in Strategic Design, or a related field.
  • Experience leading design/innovation firms and tier-1 strategy consulting firms.
  • Experience with Google Cloud's AI stack (Gemini, Vertex, GECX), building ROI models and repeatable product frameworks.
  • Track record of pattern recognition to transform bespoke customer wins into scalable, industry-wide innovation plays.

Responsibilities
  • Lead design thinking workshops, discovery sprints, and co-creation sessions with clients to identify, validate, and prioritize high-impact AI use cases aligned with key business outcomes.
  • Direct customer journey mapping, user research synthesis, and rapid experience prototyping for retail customer touchpoints, omnichannel shopping, and digital store operations.
  • Apply applied expertise in artificial intelligence, generative AI, and agentic technology (including Gemini, Vertex AI, and GECX) to build compelling product narratives and define qualitative and quantitative business value cases.
  • Translate abstract client needs into actionable product goals, user stories, success metrics, and sprint backlogs, ensuring solutions are built as scalable products rather than bespoke project deliverables.
