Whether you’re looking to start your career or make a change, talk to us and see how you can elevate the power of your work at Iron Mountain.

We provide expert, sustainable solutions in records and information management, digital transformation services, data centers, asset lifecycle management, and fine art storage, handling, and logistics. Are you curious about being part of our growth story while evolving your skills in a culture that will welcome your unique contributions? If so, let's start the conversation.

Iron Mountain is seeking a proactive and assertive Assistant Manager (Supervisor) to join our Records and Information Management (RIM) team. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and managing operations across 4–5 warehouse sites, ensuring absolute compliance with established processes and statutory audit requirements.

You will lead a diverse team of Operations Executives, driving a customer-oriented culture that prioritizes high-quality service delivery and operational excellence across multiple facilities.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Drive Multi-Site Operational Excellence: Oversee core Records and Information Management (RIM) activities—including retrieval, scanning, and racking—across 4–5 facilities while optimizing manpower to achieve daily productivity targets.

  • Manage Performance and Reporting: Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and facility scorecards by analyzing complex data through Management Information Systems (MIS) and Google Sheets to identify cost-reduction opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 10+ years of experience in team leadership, with at least 3–5 years specifically managing multiple operational sites within the logistics or service industry.

  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, Records and Information Management (RIM) specialization, and high proficiency in Google Sheets and Management Information System (MIS) reporting.

  • Proven ability in analytical thinking, vendor management, and executing complex projects such as facility consolidations and migrations.

  • A Graduate degree is required; a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Operations is highly preferred.
