We have an opening for an Area Manager working out of Wilmington.   The pay rate is $25/hr.  We are looking for a dedicated individual with flexibilty.  In addition to a competitive pay, we offer 401K program with company match and Paid Time Off.   This position will require some travel. 
Qualifications: This is a Supervisor/Quality control position responsible for ensuring customer and employee satisfaction through Schedule Adherence, Fill-in Coverage, Quality Control, and Employee Training.  This position is responsible for Account Management of locations in the ServiceMaster Service Area.  Previous management and cleaning experience is a plus.  The Candidate must be well groomed, have good communication skills, and be comfortable working with Google based technology and other online applications.  This position will require the ability to travel by automobile. The Candidate must have a clean DMV record, be able to pass a background check, and have your own transportation.  The candidate must have the ability to access areas that may not be handicap accessible in order to complete assignments.  
Basic Function: Responsible for Fill-In Janitorial Coverage, Quality Control, Training New Employees and Re-Training Current Employees, and Supply Management at assigned accounts. Specific tasks are subject to change and the Supervisor, therefore, must be flexible in performing assigned duties.
