Tombras, a 600+ person, full-service, national advertising agency with a digital mindset, is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Intern.
You'll be joining one of the top independent agencies in North America. What to expect as an Affiliate Marketing Intern at Tombras:
Commitment to a 8.5 week, paid internship of $18 an hour starting on 9/23/26 and ending on 11/20/26 with a maximum of 25 hours per week.
What you'll be doing:
  • Learning and assisting in driving new customer acquisition for our national clients
  • Interacting with media teams across departments to support the affiliate channel's success within the larger agency
  • Learning how to navigate affiliate marketing platforms, assisting in recruiting publishers and partners, learning how to track campaigns, and developing affiliate marketing reporting capabilities
  • Assisting with developing affiliate marketing strategies, tactics and reporting
  • Researching, identifying, and providing write-ups regarding new affiliate partners, including editorial publishers, affiliate networks, incentivized and loyalty programs, and brand-to-brand partnerships
  • Supporting day-to-day communication with affiliates
  • Assisting with the creation of tactical affiliate strategy plans and campaign status reports
  • Assisting with new campaign implementation and execution
  • Collaborating with internal cross-functional teams like brand, legal, and digital media teams for campaign approvals and coordination, as well as client partners
  • Analyzing data and metrics regularly to identify key opportunities to improve individual and overall affiliate KPI performance, increase scale, and enhance efficiency of marketing spend
  • Supporting the development of tests and learnings to improve performance and marketing spend efficiencies based on data and analytical insights
  • Providing account support to existing campaigns, including but not limited to pixel placements, suppression file administration, creative and technical updates

What you bring:
  • Candidates should have prior work or life experience in a relevant field, be currently enrolled as a Senior in a Bachelor's program, or a recent graduate with a major in Media, Marketing, Advertising, or similar field (a degree is not required)
  • Strategic, analytical, and highly detailed mindset that can provide support to the affiliate channel
  • Basic understanding of the digital media landscape
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
  • Ability to build relationships, effectively prioritize, and navigate a complicated digital media landscape
  • Sense of humor and a desire to have fun
